Shipping.

This page describes how we ship research materials today. Rates and service names are confirmed at checkout until we lock a published rate card.

Processing

Orders are prepared on business days after payment is confirmed. We do not promise same-day dispatch or a morning cutoff. Exact timing depends on the fulfillment partner and is confirmed in the order email when a label is created.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States that the carrier and checkout will accept. If a destination cannot be served, checkout or support will say so. International shipping is not offered on this page until we publish it.

Rates and carriers

Shipping rates are shown at Tagada checkout. We have not locked a flat sitewide rate or a free-shipping threshold. US carriers are selected at fulfillment. The service used for your order appears on the tracking notice when it is available.

Packaging

Orders are packed without retail branding on the outer carton. The pack is meant to travel as a discreet parcel. Inner labels still identify the research material for the receiving lab.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, email [email protected] within 7 business days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the outer pack, label, and contents. We will work from those facts. See also returns.

Tracking

When a tracking number exists, it is sent to the email used at checkout. There is no separate tracking portal on this website yet.
