Can I place an order?
Yes. Use Buy now on a product page or listing card to start checkout.
Are the displayed prices final?
Listed prices are in USD for the current catalog. Confirm the compound, quantity and documents on the product page before you buy. Shipping is added at checkout.
When do orders ship?
Orders are prepared on business days after payment is confirmed. We do not promise same-day dispatch. Read the shipping page for carriers, packaging and the damaged-item window.
What does shipping cost?
Exact rates are shown at Tagada checkout. We have not published a flat rate or a free-shipping threshold.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards through secure Tagada checkout. Card details are not collected on peptorian.com. See the payments page.
Are certificates of analysis available?
Lot records are published for the listings where we hold a laboratory report, and every other listing shows a pending slot. A pending slot means no report is held yet, and a published profile is not a claim that a lot has passed testing.
Are COAs lot-specific?
Check whether the report identifies a batch. Where the laboratory did not give a lot number, the record says so and cites the laboratory's own sample instead, which does not establish a match to a vial batch. A report for another batch is not a match.
Can I return an unopened vial?
Ask support before you send anything back. Unopened, unused materials may be considered within 7 days of delivery. Acceptance is not automatic. Opened materials are generally not returnable. See the returns page.

What do the product images show?

What should I compare besides price?
Start with the exact material specification and available lot documentation. Then confirm the quantity, total cost, storage and shipping requirements, and how the supplier handles nonconforming materials.
Who is the collection intended for?
The collection is supplied exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories, for laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption. Research-area labels and compound summaries are not usage recommendations.
