Who holds the information

Propelo SEO LLC operates Peptorian. If you write to us, we see the address and message you send. If you buy, checkout and payment data are handled by Tagada, first at app.tagadapay.com and then at peptorian.store, and by Tagada's processors. We do not put a card form on peptorian.com.

What we collect

• If you create an account: the email address you give us, a salted hash of your password computed with PBKDF2-SHA256, and the date the account was created. We never store the password itself.
• Messages and attachments you send to [email protected] or through an existing business conversation.
• Order details that Tagada or a fulfillment partner shares with us so we can pack, ship, or answer support questions (for example name, delivery address, items, and order number).
• Basic technical logs that a website host may keep, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operations.

Your account and cookies

An account is what lets the research catalogue and its pricing be shown to signed-in visitors only. Signing in sets one cookie, pept_session. It carries your email address and an expiry, signed so it cannot be altered, but not encrypted. It lasts 30 days and is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax. We read it on every request to decide whether to show you the catalogue, its pricing, the documentation page and your account page. It is not used to advertise to you.

To delete your account, email [email protected] from the address you registered and we will remove the account record. There is no self-serve delete button yet, so a person handles it. Deleting the record does not sign out a device that is already signed in: that session stays valid until its 30 days run out.

The affiliate signup and affiliate login pages are honest placeholders. They are not open, and they do not collect applications or credentials.

What we do not collect here

Card numbers, wallet details, and the full payment record stay with Tagada and its processors. See payments. We do not sell a marketing list from this website.

How we use it

We use account and contact information to run the sign-in, reply to you, fulfill research-material orders, handle damaged or missing items, and keep records we need for tax, fraud, or legal reasons. We do not use it to give advice on using any product.

Who else may see it

Tagada, payment processors, hosting providers, and fulfillment or carrier partners see the data they need to run checkout, payment, hosting, or delivery. Our website host, Cloudflare, stores the account records for us. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Account records are kept while the account is open and deleted when you ask us to. Support email is kept as long as we need it to finish the conversation and meet record-keeping duties. Order records follow the same idea. Ask if you want a copy, a correction, or deletion. We will say if a legal duty means we must keep a record.
